Our Throat Chakra Ritual Bath Salts are a refreshing blend of three types of mineral salts – Epsom Salts, Dead Sea Salts, and Himalayan Pink Rock Salt – all know for their muscle relaxing, mineral circulating, and energy field clearing properties. The salts are enhanced with our signature Throat Chakra Essential Oil blend of Sweet Orange, Tea Tree, and Peppermint. These Throat Chakra Ritual Bath Salts for Communication & Truth are the next-level addition to your bathing ritual. Infused with the radiant, expressive scents of our signature Throat Chakra blend – Sweet Orange, Tea Tree, and Peppermint essential oils, a drop or two of Argan Oil, and decorated with deep Blue Malva petals these salts will connect you to your personal truth and expression – cleansing your energy field as well as deepening your body, mind, and soul connection.
These wonderful essential oils are well known for their promotion of cell and collagen production, antibacterial, and purifying effects.
Each ingredient has been specially selected to connect you to the melodic energy of your Blue Throat Chakra, opening you up to your highest truth, and encouraging feelings of openness, honesty, and non-judgement – of yourself and others.
All our salts are presented in a glass jar with a cork lid and wooden spoon attached to make it easy to administer directly to your bath or to use your mesh bag. Or you can opt for the refill pouch.
You can use these soothing Throat Chakra Ritual Bath Salts in your bath anytime. Simply add a few spoons to your bath or use the mesh bag provided and run your bath. The warm water will release the wonderful scents and produce a mineral rich, restorative bath soak experience.
When using the salts, take a few moments to reconnect deeply with your internal bliss and your physical body as you inhale the scent and restore balance to your whole system.
Simply throw a few spoons of salt (spoon provided!) in your bath, sit back for at least 20 minutes (to let the minerals do their thing!), inhale the soothing scents, and feel instantly soothed and warmed.
If you’re worried about the petals clogging up your bath or plughole, all our bath salts come with a mesh bag – simply spoon the salts into the bag, and tie in a bow! Drop into the water and relax…
As wet ingredients (essential oils and Argan Oil) are added to dry ingredients (salts, botanicals) during the making process, the salt sometimes clumps together in the jar. This is perfectly normal and will disperse with a little shake of the jar or a mix with your spoon.

Sweet Orange Essential Oil – used to treat problems with the mouth and gums (DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY OR INGEST), this essential oil is wonderful for restoring balance after illness, supporting the immune system, and improving self-confidence.
Tea Tree Essential Oil – an amazing all-rounder and particularly good for the skin, Tea Tree has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Psychologically, it is helpful for anxiety, panic, and mood swings.
Peppermint Essential Oil – this minty scent is known for soothing tension and increasing memory and alertness while improving general mood.
Ritual Bathing Guide
You can use these bath salts in your bath anytime you feel your Throat Chakra needs some support or you would like to embody and express your truth more fully.
There are many ways to cleanse your aura and energy field, but I love a ritual salt bath as it’s such an easy way to cleanse any energy which may be stuck in your field, wipe your ‘energetic slate clean’, and signify your intention to move onwards and upwards on your Chakra journey.
Try adding the following steps to bath night:
SALT BATH:
1. Shower first (you can use your Throat Chakra Soap for Communication & Truth) – this is a ritual bath – not a ‘washing’ bath!
2. Pour in your salt as the bath runs and set your intention…
3. Ask the Universe or God to help you let go of any negativity in your body or energy field that does not serve you, replacing it with raised spiritual vibrations for the highest good of all.
4. Relax & soak for at least 20 minutes.
5. Dry naturally wrapped in a warm towel.
6. Don’t shower again for 24 hours to really let the salt do its work on your body, mind and spirit.
